Cat, wings, and box for ~Agdistis's contest: [link]

I also consider submitting this for =sashas's [link] Ami is my muse obviously(read the contest journal for more informations about what a muse is.), she is the one who has been taking over my gallery since the very beginning and if you have been following me, you'll know she is based on or inspired by a real person. Ami and the Moon is somewhat related, but I can't explain it in a way that you all may understand. This whole picture has an inside story, with Ami being taken away, the cat figure representing a mysterious person, and inside the red box, there's something very vital to me.


That cat is probably inspired by something, but I don't know what it is, I just drew it out like that. But anyway, it is leading her to the moon for whatever reason, it is taking her away! :'( She dropped a box that only her has the key to open, she doesn't seem to mind losing it though. The box is red for a reason, what is inside you ask? Be imaginable, I wouldn't bother explaining because if I do, it would be something hella bloody, so I wouldn't want to ruin the picture. :P

Alright, this is something very unatural, it is more like a dream scene or a fairy tale, I don't think I have done anything like this before. :)

Also, I have not submitted it to the contest yet, because I think there's still room for improvements, so please critique if you can, suggestions will be very appreciated. :)

*EDIT: Tweaked her waist, it was bugging me. >.<
*EDIT2: Changed her right hand, I think it looks much better now.

Ah, too lazy to read through the description (sorry...), just scrolled down the bar the say... :OMFG: This is fantastic!! A cat with neck tie, a girl with a pair of stockings in different patterns, Cool!! These are nothing but VOGUE! Great job! :XD:

I think the layout and composition are particularly strong. You certainly depict the feel of weighlessness well in this. I, in no way feel the giril of heavy, or just jumping. A really well done piece.
